We had John MCClung Roofing install a CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingle roof on our mountain home and couldn’t be happier with the result — quality product, fair pricing and great service. I can recommend these folks without reservations…

McClung Roofing was outstanding in all phases of the process. Their pricing was very competitive and they communicated through out the entire process , what was going to happen and when. We are extremely satisfied with the quality, workmanship and guarantee of McClung Roofing and highly recommend them.

Can't say enough good things about this roofing company. Excellent communication and customer service -- and, most importantly, expert roofing work. From the very first communication and estimate, to the roofing and final cleanup, they delivered above my expectations. Highly recommended.

I have just finished doing my roofing with John McClung Roofing, and also did the gutters. I was really, really impressed.

A team of eight people came in the morning, and by the end of the day they had finished a 2,100 square foot roof. I have seen a lot of working teams, but this team was the most professional I have ever seen. The outcome is most excellent.

The next day they came to do the gutters, and again did a most excellent job. They did it on the time they said they would and honored the contract to the letter. This company deserves all the possible credit.

We were referred to McClung by our realtor James Lockwood. We needed a new roof for a house my wife and I just purchased. I contacted McClung and a sales member (Michael) came out a few days later. I’ll start by saying the salesperson was not just giving his pitch/spiel. We never felt pressured like with other companies. He was super friendly and honest and gave us straight up answers about any concerns we had. As soon as he left we decided to sign the contract and move forward. The quote they gave us also seemed very fair! They got us on the schedule about 3 weeks later and the roof only took about 5-6 hours from start to finish. The crew worked efficiently and they cleaned up after themselves. We couldn’t be happier with the end result! The new roof looks awesome and I would 10/10 recommend McClung to anyone looking to have roofing services done to their house!

Thank you so much for the metal roof you installed at our Montreat home. You all were very easy to work with and kept us updated on the progress. The pictures were very helpful to see what was being done. We will let others know when they need a new roof!

My roof sustained hail damage last year and the insurance adjuster said I was covered for a new roof. Everyone I dealt with at John McClung was great, from the friendly office staff to the crew that actually did the work. When the job turned out to be bigger than anticipated due to unacceptably wide gaps between the boards, they worked with my reluctant insurance company to get the entire job covered, thus saving me a ton of money I'd otherwise be on the hook for. I'm very happy with the result.

We truly enjoyed working with McClung Roofing! They delivered a fair price, got the job done when promised and offered financing that was so easy to work with, I highly recommend you give them a call for your next Roofing project.
